At Bupa Optical, we want you to love your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-prescription frames and sunglasses. If your purchase isn't quite right, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
